I went over to my friend Ali's this evening for dinner, a catch up and some homemade cocktails - had to take a photo of this when I saw how pretty the colours looked! It tasted even better too - a measure of peach schnapps topped up with orange juice and cranberry juice - like Sex On The Beach but without the vodka. Yum! Ali added lime to hers too, but I preferred mine without. Also learnt a handy trick from her - she slices up oranges and lemons and sticks them in the freezer then adds them to cocktails - they work as a cross between a garnish and ice! Genius!
