Project 365: #018 Passion and lime meringue pie

I decided that I fancied making a dessert to take to the barbecue at Danny's house this afternoon - Danny spent the morning working so I thought I'd occupy myself by making a passion and lime meringue pie.  It took a surprisingly long time, by the time I blind baked the base, then made all the filling and meringue to go on top.  I had a bit of pastry, some filling and some meringue left over so I decided to make these little beauties afterwards - mini meringue pies!  They went down quite well - my parents polished them off pretty quickly!
