Project 365: #076 My favourite dessert

As mentioned before, my mum has gone on a bit of a baking frenzy since being signed off work for a few weeks, and tonight she decided to make banoffee pie - my absolute favourite!  It's really easy too - literally just smash up some biscuits with some butter, pour over a can of caramel sauce, slice some bananas and arrange them on top, then spoon over some whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder!  Yummy!
